KRISTIN BEAUVOIS

Kristin blames her local food obsession on her parents who were both raised near farms in small towns in Indiana.

Dissatisfied with the accessibly to fresh and local produce in the Tampa area, she joined Joseph to create high quality vegetables, grown for herself and the community but sought after by food connoisseurs. Some might call that a local ingredient-snob, but Kristin thinks that everyone should eat delicious things, so it’s really more of an egalitarian snobbery.

A “wearer of many hats” she also studied Painting and Arts in Medicine at the University of Florida and has developed a career using visual arts therapeutically in the clinical setting. Her artwork can be viewed on her website…
